Sale and Exhibition Vendor Application Form

Registration is open to returning vendors only until April 30.

Location: Glebe Community Centre, 175 Third Ave, Ottawa, ON

Sale Hours:
Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, 10 am – 5 pm
Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025, 10 am – 4 pm

Vendor Access:
Set-up – Friday October 31, 5 pm – 8 pm
Saturday Nov. 1, 9 am – 5:30 pm
Sunday Nov. 2, 9 am – 6 pm

All vendors must be members of the Ottawa Valley Weavers’ and Spinners’ Guild.  You can fill in the membership application online if you are not already a member.

All vendors must comply with the Guild Standards for their products and booths.

Refunds: one half before September 1, 2025; no refunds after this date.

First-time vendors must undergo a jurying process to be accepted into the sale. Jurying is usually conducted on Monday evenings at the Guild Studio located at 404 MacArthur Avenue. Please email jury@ovwsg.com to arrange a time.

Use only LED lights. Battery powered lights are recommended. If you have LED lights that need to be plugged in, please bring extension cords as plugs are limited.

All tables must be draped to the floor on all visible sides. No clutter or storage should be visible.

Tents and tent frames are not allowed.

Vendors are to complete the confidential annual vendors’ survey after the sale which will include an estimate of total sales. This information is used to plan for subsequent events.

There is no Wifi.

Fill in the form and click on the Pay button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. If you have a PayPal account login using your email and password. If you prefer to pay with a credit card click on “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and fill in your credit card information. You don’t have to join PayPal.

If you are sharing a booth with people who would like to be listed separately in our publicity please have them fill in the form for additional people.
