Description: Learn .  Learn to set up and work a simple 7 strand Kumihimo braid on a card stock braiding disk in just one hour!  Variations of this pattern will also be practiced.  Braiding on a disk is portable, it fits easily in a purse or bag and perfectly fits the bill for a standing in line or waiting room project.  You will leave with a card stock Marudai and a completed friendly bracelet or leash for your scissors.

Prerequisite: None

Students should bring: Scissors, pen or pencil.

Materials Fee: Approximately $10 includes a card stock marudai, bulldog clip, flat bobbins with elastic, cotton embroidery floss, and lots of notes.
